When homeowners are feeling overwhelmed with their mortgage situation sometimes the homeowner looks for an options that are easily available but not necessarily trust worthy.  Always be aware of Scams that promise to "rescue" you from the foreclosure route.  I feel that if you can confidentially work with someone you know and trust, it is always a better route.  I live here in the Fort Mill area and I promise if you need to talk I will keep it strickly confidential.
